my first post!

My inspiration for this blog is Marie Antionette. She had beauty, abundance and indulgence down to a fine art-form, in a way that I can only dream of! I see so much beauty and luscious things around me every day and love to celebrate and and share with other people, so I thought I'd try this blogging mullarkey!

Also I've learned so much and gained such joy from reading other people's blogs that I thought it was time I web-logged myself...

So. For starters. Here is a scrummy discovery I made a short while ago.

They are 'Parisienne' Macaroon manufacturers. And they've just opened two shops in London - one in Harrods (with a cafe, sigh) and the other in Burlington Arcade, Piccadilly.

Needless to say, I shall be making several return visits. The packaging, the flavours, the service. Oh La la!
